Facials

Larimar’s Signature Revitalizing Facial - $125

Customized for aging skin.

This revitalizing facial is designed to combat the signs of aging.  A thorough cleansing is followed by a rich micro polish of professional-grade aluminum oxide crystals to exfoliate surface cells and to accelerate the skin’s biological renewal process.  Aromatherapy infused steam treatment and a relaxing facial massage prepare the skin to receive a Vitamin C and amino acid firming treatment designed to tighten and detoxify the skin.  Dry, neglected hands are also pampered with a warm paraffin treatment.  The facial is concluded with a skin & eye firming cream and an antioxidant lip repair serum.  A more youthful and radiant complexion is restored. 

Hydrating Facial - $90

Customized for normal, dry, dehydrated, or sensitive/stressed skin.

This hydrating facial includes gentle, non-drying cleansing, exfoliation to improve skin texture, and a relaxing facial massage.  Dehydrated and stressed skin is then infused with optimal amounts of hyaluronic acid and Vitamin B5 to replenish depleted moisture levels, improving the skin's tissue repair function, leaving the skin supple and smooth.  The facial is concluded with a moisturizer of nutrient-rich Brazilian sea algae to nourish and hydrate the skin, with oils of grape seed, rose hip, and macadamia to restore and maintain moisture.  Moisture-deprived skin is plumped to reveal a more healthy and youthful appearance.

Clarifying Facial - $85

Customized for acne-prone, oily, or combination skin.

This clarifying facial includes deep pore cleansing, exfoliation to improve skin texture, aromatherapy infused steam treatment , and extractions (if needed) to remove debris.  A non-drying clay masque combines kaolin and bentonite, the highest quality natural earth clays, to decongest pores and lift impurities.  Botanicals and minerals are added to help heal and calm the skin.  The facial is concluded with a pore minimizing moisturizer containing high levels of pure Vitamin E and Brazilian sea algae to deliver proteins, amino acids, and essential minerals to the skin.  Problematic skin will begin to normalize and heal.  

Mini Facial - $55

A great introduction to our skin care treatments, this custom blended facial is perfect when time is of the essence. This 30 minute mini version includes a power cleanse, micro-polish for exfoliation, purifying steam therapy, and a facial massage.

Back Facial - $65

Pamper this hard to reach area with deep pore cleansing, exfoliation, steam therapy, and a customized masque chosen to address your skin’s specific needs.  Imperfections are reduced and this often neglected area is left radiant and refreshed.

Includes premium, medical-grade paraffin consisting of 11 vitamins and the mineral selenium to provide the nutrients vital to healthy skin. This heated treatment produces exceptional hydration and protection from dryness, cracking, soreness, and irritation.

Collagen Infused Facial Paraffin Masque $20

Enjoy the relaxing warmth of this ultra-hydrating masque. Includes medical grade, extra-filtered, pure paraffin infused with collagen. Ideal for replenishing and regenerating the skin. Minimizes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Chemical Peels

By accelerating the cell renewal process, stimulating collagen synthesis, and improving elastin fibers, chemical peels revitalize sun-damaged skin, help improve the appearance of problematic skin, and aid in the reduction of fine lines and wrinkles.

20% Salicylic & Glycolic Acid Peel

Ideal for clients with oily, acneic, or sensitive skin. This light chemical peel revitalizes sensitive skin and helps improve the appearance of problematic skin.

40% Glycolic & Retinol Peel

Ideal for all skin types (except sensitive skin). This ultra-resurfacing glycolic and retinol treatment exfoliates dead surface cells, leaving skin firmer and healthier. Visibly reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

50% Lactic & Kojic Peel

Ideal for dry/dehydrated, sun damaged, rosacea, or hyperpigmented skin. This peel combines active lightening and brightening ingredients to help reduce freckles, sun spots, and redness caused by rosacea.

70% Glycolic & Retinol Peel

Ideal for all skin types (except sensitive). This physician strength glycolic and retinol treatment exfoliates dead surface skin cells, leaving skin firmer and healthier. Visibly reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

TCA Orange Peel™

Ideal for aging, sun damaged skin. Physician strength TCA/Vitamin C Peel that aggressively treats aging and sun damaged skin. A revolutionary treatment that will rejuvenate the skin in just one treatment.

Skin Resurfacing

HydraFacial™

HydraFacial™  is the newest breakthrough in skin resurfacing technology.  The system exfoliates dead skin cells and extracts impurities with a vacuum-based skin abrasion tip.  Simultaneously it bathes the healthy underlying skin with active serums that thoroughly cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate while providing residual antioxidant protection.  Treatment and serums are customized for your skin's needs.

Diamond Tip Microdermabrasion 

Microdermabrasion helps to improve skin texture, reduce age spots, and soften fine lines and wrinkles.  It is also beneficial for treating oily and acne prone skin, acne scars, enlarged pores, blackheads and whiteheads.  It leaves the skin with a fresher more glowing look.

Paraffin Body Treatment - $125

Paraffin provides the ultimate thermotherapy by applying heat to the body to increase circulation, rejuvenate, hydrate, and nourish the skin.  The body is brushed for exfoliation, layered with detoxifying paraffin, and wrapped for optimal heat retention.  A relaxing facial massage adds the finishing touches to this total body experience.

Dead Sea Mud Massage $135

This soothing body mud masque is combined with a massage style application. The natural healing properties of Dead Sea Mud infuses the skin with vital nutrients and antioxidants. This unique treatment is both detoxifying and hydrating.

Everyday stress and tension melt away as you experience the healing touch of a relaxing massage catered to your individual needs.  We combine pressure point, traditional Swedish, and several relaxation techniques with a soothing blend of massage oils.  A well deserved way to increase circulation, sooth tired muscles, and induce an overall sense of relaxation.

Ease sore muscles with a soothing combination of therapeutic techniques and arnica-infused massage cream.  An invigorating massage for those who prefer deep muscular manipulation. A series of compressions and free-flowing movements minimizes muscle soreness and stiffness.  This massage relieves tightened muscles from sporting activities, chronic stress, and fatigue.

Hot Stone Massage  $95 (60 min) $135 (90 min)

Drift into deep relaxation as you experience a blend of heated stones along with Swedish massage. Heat from the stones radiates deeply into the muscle to provide stress reduction, deep relaxation, and relief from physical pain.  Sure to relax the mind, body, and spirit.

Pregnancy Massage  $90 (60 min)

A customized massage addressing the delicate needs of a mother-to-be, this treatment helps to alleviate aches, pains and fatigue.

Reflexology  $50 (30 min) / $80 (60 min)

Reflexology is a natural healing art, based on the principle that each organ in the body corresponds to specific energy points on the feet, hands, and face. By stimulating and applying pressure to these areas, you are increasing circulation and promoting specific bodily and muscular functions.  Reflexology treatment restores the flow of energy throughout the body and provides a sense of peace and renewed balance.

Kinesiology  $80 (60 min) / $115 (90 min)

Kinesiology balances muscles through certain reflex points and movements to improve posture and to stimulate the body’s own healing ability. 

Massage Add-On Services:

Cupping $15
Cupping technique relaxes muscles while exerting negative (suction) pressure on the surface of the body.  The effects include increased blood flow to local areas and additional pressure to relax muscle tissues.

 

Medical Grade Procedures

(Restylane®/Juvederm™) .......$475.00 per syringe

A safe and effective way to restore volume and fullness to the skin. These natural cosmetic fillers are injected into facial wrinkles in and around the nasolabial folds and around the mouth to reveal a more youthful appearance.

Helps to improve the appearance of moderate to severe frown lines and crow's feet by giving you a more relaxed, rested and refreshed appearance.

Botox® is FDA approved for treating excessive underarm sweating that is not adequately managed with topical agents.

Sclerotherapy is still the gold standard treatment for unsightly spider veins and feeder veins.  A sclerosing solution is injected into the problem vein causing it to close and eventually disappear.

Titan™ Skin Tightening

Titan™ is a safe, non-surgical procedure that uses infrared light to tighten the skin and reverse the signs of aging.  Titan™ can stimulate collagen production that leaves skin looking younger and is ideal for the face, arms and abdomen.

LimeLight™ Facial

Photofacials  are non-invasive light treatments that help improve skin tone and surface imperfections such as redness, tiny veins, and brown spots associated with aging and sun damage. Laser Genesis™ Skin Therapy

3D Skin Rejuvenation

Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement

Restoring your natural hormone balance has a beneficial effect on quality of life, and can prevent minor health irritations as well as major health concerns throughout the stages of life. Bio-identical hormones are synthetically made from plant-based compounds and are biologically identical to human hormones. Larimar’s Nurse Practitioner, who specializes in hormone therapy, will address your individual symptoms and concerns, and the particular advantages and disadvantages of various treatments. Hormone levels will be tested and monitored appropriately, and compounded medications can be prescribed specifically for you (these services may be covered by your insurance plan).
